The book is based on the Dutch book Psychosociale gespreksvoering: Observatief luisteren in de hulpverlening, which was published in January 2015 by Boom in Amsterdam.
In the meantime:

- An updated version of the Dutch book was published in 2019
All these books are authored by the leadership psychologist Markus van Alphen.
